About ChessKid

ChessKid is an online chess learning and playing zone designed for ages 5-11. Children who have no prior knowledge of chess will be able to learn how to play the game. Those children who already know how to play will be able to develop their skills and challenge their friends, while tracking their improvement. Gold members have access to instructional videos, 1000s of puzzles and tests and will be able to play other children from all over the world.

ChessKid has been built with safeguarding in mind. You can read more about online safety in our ChessKid for Parents Guide.

To claim a free basic ChessKid account in the CSC group, please sign up

We would love to have your children’s school friends playing chess too and would be grateful if you could direct their teachers to our school sign-up page.
