Ellie Reeves MP was a strong junior chess player. Recently she paid a visit to Ivydale Primary School in Southwark to take a look at our programme in action.
On Saturday 29th March CSC held a session to develop the classroom management skills of our tutors.
In collaboration with the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea Council, CSC was delighted to host a chess tournament for the borough’s primary schools at Kensington Town Hall on Tuesday, 25th March.
On Tuesday 18th March CSC helped organise The Boleyn Trust’s inaugural inter-school chess tournament.
