The sixth annual event attracted visitors from across the North West for a day of fun, free, family-friendly chess activities.
CSC celebrated World Chess Day by playing City workers during their lunch breaks to raise the profile of the charity.
The UK’s largest chess event welcomed thousands of visitors in the heart of the capital.
