Liverpool Libraries Are Go!

CSC is delighted to be launching not one, not two, but five new library chess clubs in Liverpool over the next few weeks. The libraries involved will each have a club for adults followed by a separate session for juniors once the school day has finished. Across all five libraries, that’s a total of 19 hours of chess clubs each week!

Each club will be open every week and suitable for players of all standards including complete beginners. Coaches will be available to support your chess and help you improve your game at your own pace. The timings are as follows:

  • Allerton Library - Fridays, launching 6th March (adults 2.30pm-3.45pm, juniors 4pm-5.45pm)

  • Central Library - Wednesdays, launching 4th March (adults 2.30pm-3.30pm, juniors 3.30pm-4.30pm)

  • Norris Green Library - Mondays, launching 9th March (adults 12pm-2pm, juniors 3.30pm-5.45pm)

  • Spellow Library - Wednesdays, launching 11th March (adults 12.15pm-2.15pm, juniors 3.15pm-5.45pm)

  • West Derby Library - Mondays, launching 2nd March (adults 1.30pm-3.15pm, juniors 3.15pm-5.45pm)

We are very pleased to be working with Liverpool City Council on this exciting project. We hope to see you there!
