CSC organised an end-of-year match between two of its keenest schools in Camden: Torriano Primary School and Netley Primary School. Each team consisted of 13 players, each of whom played 5 games against opponents from the other school.

In an extremely competitive contest, Torriano took a convincing early lead but were gradually pegged back by Netley. Going into the final round of games, the scores were extremely close, Torriano leading by just two points. A few minutes later, with just a single game remaining, Torriano still led by just two points. Netley won this final game and the scoring system (3 for a win, 2 for a draw, 1 for a loss) meant that the final match score was an incredible 130-130 draw. Just as well we bought plenty of gold medals!

Congratulations to both teams and our huge thanks to the teachers at both schools for supporting the charity's work this year.
