Tutor Training Day Belfast, Saturday 27th April 2024

Venue: 2 Royal Avenue, Belfast, BT1 1DA - Belfast City Council's cultural, civic and community arts centre.

Our Belfast Chess Tutor Training Day, the first ever course run in Northern Ireland, will be led by Sean Marsh, and will cover the CSC curriculum, techniques for teaching chess in the classroom, ideas for running chess clubs, learning resources (physical and online), and much more besides. Sean has taught many thousands of children to play chess in the North East and has plenty of knowledge to share.

The course will run from 10am until 4pm with a short lunch break. Attendees are asked to bring a packed lunch, although there are numerous shops/cafe within a short walk.
